PALLET CHANGER PW800 KD
Two-zone pallet changer, especially suitable for re-palettizing sturdy plastic or cardboard boxes.
A pallet is positioned in the pallet changer with the hand pallet truck in high position. A pneumatic hand lever valve closes the side walls of the pallet changer parallel to the load until the contact pressure exerted by the walls holds the load. The hand pallet truck is then lowered and the empty pallet is removed from the pallet changer. Then the charge is pneumatically driven into the other zone. Here, the target pallet is placed under the load in the pallet changer and lifted up to the load. The sidewalls are opened via the hand lift valve, the load now sits on the new pallet and can be extended.
