Neeta, Chief Financial Officer, is a cornerstone of the Group’s success, serving as both a strategic advisor to the leadership team and a driving force behind its financial strength. With 24 years of professional experience, she is a qualified finance expert holding a Master’s degree in Commerce, complemented by deep expertise in financial strategy, corporate governance and risk management. Neeta’s role extends beyond traditional finance functions—she partners closely with business units to drive profitability, optimise resources and ensure that the Group’s financial framework supports its strategic objectives. Her leadership to the finance and accounting teams is marked by precision, transparency, and a commitment to operational excellence. By fostering a culture of financial discipline and foresight, she has played a pivotal role in enabling the Group to invest confidently in innovation and growth. Marketing Manager 

Rushita holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Strategy and brings a results-oriented, growth-focused approach to the organisation. A qualified and driven marketing professional, she combines strong academic credentials with diverse business experience across technology-led sectors. Her expertise spans strategic marketing, market analysis, campaign management and stakeholder engagement, underpinned by advanced technical skills in SQL, Marketo, Excel with Macros and Canva. In her previous roles, she has successfully delivered multi-channel campaigns, enhanced brand positioning and supported high-impact growth initiatives. At the Group, she plays a key role in defining marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, accelerate customer acquisition and identify new market opportunities. She collaborates closely with external partners to ensure marketing programmes are data-driven, results-focused and aligned with the organisation’s long-term growth objectives.

Human Resources & Regulatory Affairs Head 

Nidhi is a reliable and accomplished Human Resources professional, bringing extensive expertise in talent management, employee relations, compliance and regulatory affairs. With a confident and solutions-oriented approach, she offers in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements alongside proficiency in performance management, capability development, and disciplinary procedures. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and has built a strong career ensuring that organisational policies, processes, and workplace practices are both legally compliant and strategically aligned with business objectives. She has successfully developed frameworks that integrate compliance with operational efficiency, enabling the organisation to mitigate risks while fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. Her expertise extends to navigating complex  regulations, implementing fair and transparent policies and advising leadership on people-related governance matters.
