conical open head drums
An advantage of the conical open head drums is that they can be stacked and nested when empty, ensuring space-saving storage. This reduces storage and logistics costs. The corresponding lid units are palletized either separately or together with the drums on a pallet, depending on customer requirements.
These containers are perfectly suited for use as secondary packaging material for a wide range of industrial sectors.
The wide product range includes versions out of different steel grades, with or without inner coating and, optionally, with LDPE inliner. Thanks to the order-related production, there are virtually no limits to the outside colour or to silk screen printing requirements.
For additional fields of application, the lids can be provided with bung closures or gas fittings.
As standard, the drums are equipped with locking rings with external lever closure. A jet-ring closing system for fully automated closure is moreover available for selected container sizes.
